Building the digital backbone of fuel management in the region
Sendepad Petrol is a product developed and owned by Triforce Systems, a technology company with an in-house development team and a family of products serving several sectors.
The short story
We started from a simple observation: fuel is consumed every day across thousands of fleets, yet it is managed with cash, coupons and monthly reconciliation. Companies see their consumption only after the fact, and stations settle on paper.
We built a three-layer system that closes the whole loop: smart units at the pump, an app for drivers, and a cloud platform for managers. The driver app has been on the App Store and Google Play since February 2026, and vehicle services were added in release 1.1.2 in June 2026.
We work from Riyadh and Cairo, and we design the system for the Saudi market first, then Egypt and the Gulf, on the same architecture with minimal changes.

The limits of the system are written on our home page, because our buyers read slogans with professional suspicion.
